Mr. Scott Wynne, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction

Prior to coming to Eastchester, Scott Wynne served as a Teacher of Mathematics, AIS Provider, Assessment Coordinator, and Department Chair in the Yorktown Central School District, as well as a Dean of Students in the Carmel Central School District.  In 2009, Scott was hired as the Middle School Assistant Principal here in Eastchester and was then promoted to Middle School Principal in 2013.  Scott began his work as Assistant Superintendent in 2017.  Scott received his Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics with a Minor in Education from Lafayette College.  He earned Masters Degrees in Special Education and Administration & Superivision from Pace University and Bank Street College respectively.

Mrs. Susan Chester

K-12 Supervisor of Humanities

Susan Chester taught 6th and 7th grade social studies in Mamaroneck for 19 years, and served as the Middle School Social Studies Department Chair.  She received a BA in Anthropology at Binghamton University, an MA in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida, and an MS in Educational Leadership from Long Island University.  In addition to her role as Supervisor of Humanities, Susan is the President of the Westchester Lower Hudson Council for the Social Studies, a local professional organization for teachers.  Susan grew up in Brooklyn and is the proud daughter of two retired New York City public school teachers.  She, her husband, and 16-year-old daughter, live in Irvington, and are not ashamed to admit that they are serious Trekkies.  (Yes, they go to conventions!)

Mr. Brad Gitlin

K-12 Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Health

Brad Gitlin most recently served as the Assistant Director of Athletics in the Chappaqua Central School District. Prior to that, he was the Director of Physical Education, Health and Athletics for the East Ramapo Central School District. He has also worked with the New York City Department of Education as a physical education and health teacher, as well as an instructional coach. While in these roles he has led curriculum and professional development for instructional staff to provide authentic outcome-based lessons and has been a member of the Physical Education Content Advisory Board for NYSED's newest physical education standards. Brad is excited to join Eagle Nation and cultivate an environment for growth and commitment to excellence for the Athletic programs. His goal is to provide a robust program for all students to engage in physical, social and emotional learning and playing opportunities. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from Hofstra University, holds a Master of Science Degree in School District Leadership from Touro College and is a Doctoral student at Concordia University for Leadership Innovation and Continuous Improvement. He currently lives in Chappaqua, with his wife Abby and two beautiful daughters, Blake and Mila. #GOEAGLES

Mrs. Minnie Iannuzzi

K-12 Supervisor of STEM

Irene (nickname ”Minnie”) Iannuzzi's career in education began more than twenty years ago.  She graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor's in Economics in 1995.  After an unfulfilling stint in a finance job upon graduation, she signed on as a New York City teacher in the late 1990's where she discovered her love of teaching.  She spent the next several years developing her instructional practice as a middle school math teacher in Upper Manhattan while working towards her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Mercy College.  From there, she soon moved into teacher leadership roles, serving as a Mathematics Coach in various districts and as a New Teacher Mentor as part of her administrative internship.  After earning her School Building Leader certification from CUNY Baruch in 2009, she continued her leadership trajectory serving as a Network Team Achievement Coach, Director of School Renewal, and Assistant Principal both in New York City and most recently, in Mamaroneck, New York.  Minnie grew up outside of Princeton, New Jersey and currently resides in Mamaroneck with her husband and two children.


  • Ms. Lori Perrotta, Assistant to Dr. Glass & Mr. Wynne

    Lori has worked in the District for the past 4 years, starting in 2017 as the Secretary to the Principal in the High School.  Prior to that she worked at the Tuckahoe Union Free School District for 16 years as the Secretary to the TMS Principal.  In 2021, Lori came to her current position as assistant to both Mr. Scott Wynne, the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction and Dr. Rob Glass, Superintendent of Schools, as well as the EUFSD District Clerk.
